Orders

    What's the status of my order?

In stock items are generally shipped the same day before 2PM PST. Orders placed on a Friday after 2PM PST will be shipped the next business day (Monday). If there's an issue, we will send you an email or contact you via phone.
Your order status will be updated to "Awaiting shipment" once it has been processed and sent to our shipping department and "Shipped" once tracking number is uploaded on your order. You can login to your account any time to check the status. You can also call us or chat on our website. For faster response, please send an email to support@poolnspastore.com so you won't have to wait in line when calling.

    Can I change my order?

You may add or remove products from your order as long as it has not been processed and accepted. We process orders quickly so you will have to contact us immediately for any changes.

    Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order as long as it has not been processed and accepted, but considering our fast workflow you will have to do this very soon after the placement of the order. We will do our best, but we cannot promise that an order can be cancelled after it has been processed.
If we are unable to cancel the order, please do not refuse the package upon delivery. This may result in lost package and we'll be unable to refund you. Contact us and we will process a return instead. Please take note that we will not be responsible for the return shipment.

    There's no tracking movement on my order

Domestic orders shipped via standard ground would normally have an updated tracking status after 24 hours once the package reached the first stop for scanning.

 

    My product never arrived

If the tracking status shows delivered but you do not have the package, please contact the carrier and file for lost claim immediately.

    I no longer need the item that I ordered, can I refuse the package

Please do not refuse package upon delivery. This may cause the package to be lost in transit and we'll be unable to process a refund for you. Contact us so we can process a return instead and provide you with the RMA and return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment cost.

    Where are you located?

Our main company, Sourcefy Inc, is headquarted in Canada. Our default mailing box is in 1733 H St, Ste 450, Blaine, WA 98230. Our main warehouses are located in USA - Tucson,AZ and Bloomfield,CT.

    Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to the lower 48 states.

    Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, there is a standard shipping charge of $9.99 for orders below $59. Free shipping above $59. This applies for orders within the lower 48 states only. Additional charges may apply for non-standard sized items.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

If you request for an expedited shipping, we will provide you a quote. Otherwise, all orders received will be processed as standard ground.

    Do you ship outside USA?

Yes, we can ship outside USA. Additional shipping and tax may apply. When you place an order and is located outside USA, we will contact you after we received the order to provide a quote.

    Do you offer military discount?

No, we do not offer military discount. Feel free to contact us at support@poolnspastore.com or our Toll Free number +1 (510) 945-1197 and our friendly staff might be able to give you good deals.

    Do you have net30 payment?

We do not have Net30 payments at the moment. All orders are paid via credit/debit card, PayPal and wire transfer. We do offer Affirm Financing.

    Can I do order pickup?

Unfortunately, pick-up is not available in all our warehouses.

    What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, wire transfer and Affirm Financing.

 

    Can I order a product that you don't have on your site?

Yes, feel free to call, chat or send us an email. We'll try to source the part for you

    Do you offer service or installation?

We do not offer any service or instalaltion at the moment. We are an online shop for pool and spa parts only.
